Nurse Leader

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Uniting Berrigan. As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement resident care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to Personal Care Workers
• Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to ensure high-quality care
• Supervise and support the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Current AHPRA registration
• Previous experience in aged or community care
