**Job Summary**

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team as part of our New Graduate Program. As a New Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our experienced clinicians to develop your skills and knowledge in community-based occupational therapy. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of clients, including NDIS, HCP, and private clients, and will be supported by our experienced team to develop your skills and abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver community-based occupational therapy services to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of clients.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to clients.
  • Participate in in-house professional development presentations, walk-through complex cases, and debrief sessions with our discipline-specific team.
  • Receive weekly supervision from experienced clinicians to support your caseload and professional development.
  • Mentoring opportunities from experienced Occupational Therapists to support your growth and development.

**Requirements**

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain).
  • Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain).
  • NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain).
  • Current driver's license.
  • Ability to legally work in Australia.
