Job Description
As an experienced Infrastructure Technical Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the stability and efficiency of Citi's Market Data Services (MDS) infrastructure.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have at least 6-10 years of experience working in a technology support capacity in the banking or finance sectors. You will be responsible for providing daily support for market data infrastructures and systems, ensuring optimal performance and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to business users and vendors on market data infrastructures and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Design and implement solutions to improve the stability and efficiency of MDS platforms and systems.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of LSEG trading platforms, RTDS/RMDS, and LSEG products.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing clear and concise communication to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 6-10 years of demonstrable experience working in a technology support capacity in the banking or finance sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of LSEG trading platforms, RTDS/RMDS, and LSEG products.
  • Knowledge of ITRS monitoring systems, both in support and engineering roles.
  • Good communication, project management skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Understanding of banking and financial terms and instruments, real-time data concepts, trading knowledge, across Equities, Fixed Income, FX.
