Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to lead the delivery of civil and road projects in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and deliver civil and road projects in line with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including quality and safety records.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and clients to maintain strong communication lines.
  • Monitor compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
  • Assist in cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in civil and road projects.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project delivery for government or private infrastructure works.
  • Experience with DIT (Department for Infrastructure and Transport) specifications is highly regarded.
  • Strong skills in project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality processes.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
