About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, handling check-ins and check-outs with a smile
  • Assist guests with hotel facilities, answering questions and providing information in a helpful and informative way
  • Handle guest queries and requests promptly and pleasantly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the Rooms Division Manager and other team members to achieve excellent service standards
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
