Support Services Coordinator

About the Role:
As a Support Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential aged care home.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide friendly and efficient customer service to residents, families, visitors, volunteers, and contractors. This includes managing the front desk, answering calls, responding to emails, welcoming visitors, and assisting with day-to-day tasks.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, filing documents, and supporting the office manager and residential aged care manager in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, volunteers, and contractors
- Manage the front desk, answer calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Support the office manager and residential aged care manager in their daily tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reception/administration position (highly regarded)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Solid computer and data skills
