About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at BOQ Group. This role will involve assisting Business Development Managers with administrative functions to support brokers, while delivering exceptional customer service to ME accredited brokers and aggregators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in resolving issues and answering broker-initiated inquiries
  • Provide high-level customer service to ensure a positive experience
  • Utilize expertise in ME products, Credit Policy, Post Origination, and Post Settlement processes to drive sales results and convert home loans

You will be knowledgeable in ME products and processes, skilled at resolving issues efficiently, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
