Position Overview
Our New South Wales branch is seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Leading Hand or Site Supervisor to enhance our project delivery team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful installation of audio-visual systems on various sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example while managing the installation of audio-visual systems on construction and client sites.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks effectively to onsite teams and trades, while also participating in the hands-on work.
- Ensure compliance with work health and safety regulations.
- Adhere to our quality assurance standards that our clients have come to expect.

Ideal Candidate Attributes
- Experience in a services background such as data, electrical, or audio-visual.
- Proven experience in leading teams on construction sites.
- Comfortable both leading a team and engaging in hands-on work.
- Familiarity with power tools for commercial cabling and equipment installation.
- Enjoys the diversity of various work sites.
- Demonstrates perseverance in seeing projects through to successful completion.
- Exhibits a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
Additional Requirements
The successful candidate must possess the right to work in Australia, hold a current Australian driver's license, and have a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card).
