This role presents an exciting chance to join our team as a sales assistant during the holiday season.

\

As a Christmas season sales assistant, you will play a pivotal part in creating memorable customer interactions and contributing to a positive store environment.

\About the Role:\

  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.\
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge and make recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.\
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.\
  • Perform tasks such as visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning to maintain the store's appearance.\
  • Contribute to inventory management by accurately reporting stock levels and assisting with replenishment.\
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and written to provide clear information to customers and colleagues.\
  • Familiarity with our brand offerings is desirable, but training will be provided.\
  • Please note: this is a seasonal opportunity, and candidates must be available to work throughout November 2025 - January 2026 including extended trade, weekends and Public Holidays.\
