Your Opportunity

This full-time, permanent role as an RTD Sales Executive in southeast Melbourne offers the chance to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and representing Lion with passion.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and exceed expectations through effective relationship building, strategic planning, and execution.
  2. Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  3. Represent Lion: Bring our brands to life by executing high-impact plans that resonate with consumers.
  4. Inspire and Educate: Lead tastings, events, and training sessions that leave a lasting impression, keeping the consumer at the heart of every interaction.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Success: A track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations in a fast-paced environment.
