About You
  • You will have demonstrated supervisory experience and a proven track record of success in managing teams.
  • You will be able to lead, motivate and influence your staff members to deliver excellent results.
  • You will have strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You will be proficient in Microsoft programs, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an efficient roster of full-time, part-time and casual employees.
  • Be prepared to do some hands-on cleaning at times when required.
  • Manage your staff daily, including on-call for sick leave or general inquiries.
  • Ensure all school sites are compliant in relation to site documentation, equipment, chemicals and consumables to achieve contractual compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, customers and staff on issues pertaining to service delivery, operational issues, project progress and continual improvement.
  • Supervise staff and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure work is delivered at the highest standard.
  • Promote and monitor safe work practices.
