At Levande, we are seeking a skilled Grounds and Maintenance Officer to join our close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gardening & Groundskeeping: Maintain the village grounds by ensuring gardens are well-manicured, lawns are cut regularly, and general gardening duties are carried out.
  • Maintenance Excellence: Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure facilities meet high standards.
  • Transportation: Safely drive our village van to local shopping centers and occasional outings, helping residents access essential services and enjoy social activities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in grounds and maintenance roles, preferably in retirement villages or community settings.
  • Independence and initiative to work autonomously and solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with residents and colleagues in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
  • Good physical fitness to perform physical activities involved in the role.
  • Valid driver's license for transporting residents.
