We are seeking an experienced executive with a proven track record in health, safety, environment, and compliance (HSEC) sectors to lead key initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of managing organisational systems, processes, procedures, and programs.

As a member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the CEO to develop the HSEC strategy further to align with key business objectives and implement its effective execution. You will partner and connect with operational managers and clients to simplify ways of working, improve risk management, and enhance performance outcomes for sustainable business values.

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional internal and external customer service skills and ability to travel within Australia as required.
