Dedicated Legal Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team as a Legal Assistant.
The RoleAs a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing varied secretarial support and ad hoc administration to partners, preparing court documents, managing diaries and coordinating meetings and travel. You will also be involved in managing files, client reporting and billing, and liaising with clients to build strong relationships.
- Provide administrative support to partners;
- Brief preparation, document drafting and management;
- Diary management and meeting coordination;
- File management and opening;
- Client reporting and billing;
- Liaise with clients to develop strong relationships;
The following attributes:
- At least 3 years previous experience in a similar role, preferably in litigation or dispute resolution;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Detail oriented and diligent;
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines;
