About the Role

As an Educator at our St Jerome’s Outside of School Hours Care Service, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, delivering engaging programs for children aged 5-12 years.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community
  
• Develop and implement child-centered programs, incorporating STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft activities
  
• Collaborate with a team of skilled Educators to ensure seamless delivery of before and after school care services
  
• Support the Coordinator in maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all children
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• 
  
• A relevant qualification in early childhood education or a related field
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children
  
• A national police check and working with children check
