Our Healthcare Professional Team
You will play a pivotal role in positively impacting the health of Australians by working as a Pathology Specimen Collector. This position requires empathy and drive to deliver great customer service and quality healthcare.
Collecting blood and non-blood samples from patients is an essential responsibility that requires attention to detail and organisational skills. You will be working closely with a passionate team, reporting to the Collection Lead, to ensure that every patient receives exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting samples with care and attention.
- Maintaining meticulous records for every patient and sample.
- Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing.
- Liaising with customers, clinic staff, and couriers.
About the Role:
This role is perfect for individuals with experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or have a healthcare background. Strong customer service and communication skills, as well as organisational and time management abilities, are essential. A valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics are also required.
