Project Scheduler for SAP Implementation

As a Project Scheduler for SAP Implementation, you will play a critical role in the execution of our clients' SAP S/4HANA projects. Reporting to the PMO Lead, you will work closely with the project manager, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop, monitor, and optimize project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using project management tools.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
  • Track project progress, update schedules, and report on status to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide insights to mitigate risks and delays.
  • Assist in resource allocation and management to ensure optimal project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Scheduler with a solid track record of working in large, complex SAP programs of work.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
