Salary & Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including bonuses, company car, and higher salary than the competition. Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Civil Infrastructure Estimators to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for developing strategies, leading bids, managing pre-contracts, and running your own projects. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including roads, rail, water, subdivisions, and mining infrastructure. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil infrastructure estimating, with experience working with civil contractors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in civil infrastructure estimating
  • Strong understanding of project management principles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
