Role Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of our financial services products. As a key member of our product team, you'll be responsible for shaping the future of our company and the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of our Payments products, covering strategy, roadmap, issues, and growth.
  • Synthesize and form positions on emerging industry developments and translate them into practical outcomes for product and operational teams.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives, bringing together product, risk, compliance, dev ops, and finance teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Be 'hands on' in breaking down the user experience and transposing this through design or wireframes to conceptualize optimal outcomes.
  • Harness data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion innovation, challenging conventional wisdom and pushing boundaries to keep us ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in product strategy and/or consulting.
  • Demonstrable experience working with great products, companies, or people.
  • Experience in working within a high-growth technical environment.
  • Tertiary education or a track record of experience that proves it wasn't needed.
