Christmas Casual Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that our customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores. You'll support across a number of areas within our stores from customer-facing to back-of-house, provide a high level of customer service including pre, during and post-sale, and contribute to the brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in finding solutions to their needs
  • Provide expert knowledge on our products and services
  • Contribute to a positive store environment
  • Support with visual merchandising and product placement

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated
  • CUSTOMER focused and results-driven
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
