Job Overview:

Safety is paramount, and the successful candidate must be physically capable of sustained manual labor, possess good communication skills, and work well as part of a team.

A clean driving license, trade background, or experience in heavy manual laboring roles are essential. Previous experience in mining, oil & gas, or laborer/manual handling roles is also desirable.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to pass a full functional capacity assessment, drug & alcohol screen, and work away from home in remote locations. A willingness to develop knowledge and skills, respect the chain of command, and communicate effectively are also essential.

Besides physical requirements, the role demands a commitment to occupational health and safety regulations, and maintaining technical and safety certifications.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
