About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Key Worker to join our team at Everyday Independence. As a Key Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering interventions to NDIS participants, specifically children aged 0-8, and their families in Shepparton and surrounding areas. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized plans, and providing support to families to achieve positive outcomes.

This is a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) opportunity, requiring a strong commitment to supporting families before and after school appointments. If you are passionate about working with children and families, and have a relevant tertiary qualification and registration, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver interventions to NDIS participants and their families in Shepparton and surrounding areas
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans

  • Document and bill for sessions through our online participant management system

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and registration
  • Minimum 12 months experience working with children aged 0-8 and their families
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
  • Positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth
  • Valid Australian driver's license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children's Check
