Job Title:

Civil Engineering Lead

">About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating civil design work, including planning, developing, and quality checking designs, producing 3D models, drawings, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate civil design work, including planning, developing, and quality checking designs.
  • Produce 3D models, drawings, and documentation in accordance with established design standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with other project groups and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and designers to improve their skills and knowledge.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 12-14 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of design and drafting techniques, engineering drawings, graphic arts, and reading of drawings.
  • Experience with multi-discipline interface management and global 3D model oversight.
  • Expertise in reading, interpreting, and using related documents and drawings prepared by other project groups.
  • Working Rights in Australia without employer sponsorship required.
