About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team at Amplify Music Education.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing music education products that meet the needs of primary schools.

You will work closely with our senior leadership team to create a holistic vision for our product, while managing the day-to-day development process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing creative ideas for new lessons and content
  • Writing lesson plans and instructional materials
  • Creating accompanying lesson resources
  • Utilizing our proprietary CMS to create and upload lesson content
  • Localising lesson content for different geographical regions

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for music education and a strong background in product development.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • 7-10 years experience as a primary school teacher or in a related field
  • Advanced writing skills and ability to create engaging content
  • Strong understanding of technology and its application in education
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think globally
