We are seeking a Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting our centres and children in providing high-quality early childhood education and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre team.
  • Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
