About this Role

Join a cross-functional team to drive strategic and tactical digital initiatives. The Digital Iteration Manager will lead the delivery of outcomes and outputs, ensuring that teams are focused, aligned with business priorities, and equipped to deliver value on time and within scope.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Support the delivery of efficient, effective, and sustainable business change within the domain.
    • Work closely with technical team members, Digital Product Owners, and stakeholders to define the delivery roadmap and break down work into manageable stages (iterations).
    • Align squad goals with strategic business outcomes and customer roadmaps.
    • Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder forums.
    • Remove delivery blockers and manage risks, dependencies, and financials.
    • Communicate progress to senior stakeholders and Group Executives.
  • Your Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in delivering IT projects involving software implementations.
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery in agile environments.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior executives.
    • Ability to lead cross-functional delivery and manage complex dependencies.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Iteration Manager who thrives in fast-paced and agile environments. They have led project delivery as an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master, ideally in retail. Additionally, they possess a deep understanding of delivery frameworks, tools, and techniques, such as Scrum, Kanban, and PI.
