Job Description:

As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring other educators in a high-quality early learning environment. You will design and implement educational programs tailored to each child's needs, build strong relationships with families and team members, and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS), excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and experience in designing and implementing educational programs.
