Physiotherapist Vacancy in Western Melbourne

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to fill a vacancy based in Western Melbourne. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, covering the acute inpatient wards at two different sites.

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Physiotherapist looking to take on new challenges and expand their skillset. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to think critically and solve problems efficiently. A strong understanding of discharge planning and respiratory management is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality patient care in an acute inpatient setting
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment plans
  • Providing expert advice on discharge planning and respiratory management
Requirements
  • ASAP start date for a minimum of 4 weeks, with possible extension
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)
  • Hospital experience essential
  • No accommodation available, but close to public transport links
