Job Opportunity: Physiotherapy Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Physiotherapy Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

About the Role:
  • Consult with facility staff on complex presentations, utilizing knowledge of Aegis processes related to assessment and documentation.
  • Support site-based staff during re-accreditation audits and assessment contact visits, demonstrating a sound understanding of the re-accreditation process.
  • Provide training at mandatory orientation as a manual task coach, and assist people and culture with recruitment efforts.
  • Develop and facilitate training for therapy assistants, physiotherapists, CNMs, and facility managers, presenting at various meetings including therapy, CNM, new graduate, therapy assistant, and quality.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement, complete performance reviews, and assist with conflict resolutions as needed.
Key Requirements:
  • Prioritize workload effectively, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate proficiency with IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Communicate effectively with all members of staff, advocate for residents, and exhibit strong teamwork skills.
  • Hold a current driver's license, travel to all facilities, and possess a physiotherapy qualification with AHPRA registration.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
