• Promote Literacy and Research Skills: Develop and implement engaging literacy and research programs across all curriculum areas, fostering a culture of inquiry and critical thinking.
• Teaching and Learning Support: Deliver high-quality literacy and research support lessons to students in Years 7-12, utilizing your expertise to enhance their learning experiences.
• Library Operations: Manage the senior library, ensuring a welcoming and productive environment that supports student learning and research.
• Research and Assessment Support: Provide expert guidance on research queries and assessments, utilizing your knowledge of online databases and referencing systems.
• Professional Development: Participate in regular professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in teaching and learning.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with teachers to design and deliver connected teaching and learning experiences that cater to diverse student needs.
• Library Programs and Events: Coordinate and participate in library-related events and projects, promoting a love of reading and learning among students and staff.

• Qualifications and Experience: Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and NESA accreditation to teach in NSW, with a strong background in secondary education and library management.
• Curriculum Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the current NSW secondary curriculum and experience with library management systems.
• Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Be willing to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible approach to supporting all three school campus libraries.
