Christmas Helper

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Christmas Helpers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment, and contributing to the success of our business during the festive season.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. As a Christmas Helper, you will have the chance to engage with customers, help them find what they need, and provide them with a memorable shopping experience. You will also be involved in visual merchandising, unpacking stock, and assisting with operational tasks as required.

Requirements
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service
  • A love of beautiful homewares and all things Christmas
  • High positive energy, confidence, and a can-do approach to team goals
  • Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work from 15 December through to 4 January, including weekends and evenings
