We are seeking an experienced Support Centre Administrator to join our team at Stockland Burleigh Heads Shopping Centre.

Job Description

This is a permanent, part-time role of 22.8 hours per week. As a Support Centre Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support for the Centre management team, including managing tenant enquiries and liaising with contractors.

  • You will be the point of contact for the Centre management office, managing telephone enquiries and providing high-level customer service.
  • You will support the Administration Manager with a range of administrative tasks, including assisting with the monthly billing and debtor collection process, preparing centre accounts payable, and monitoring expenditure.
  • You will maintain effective records control and file management, balancing gift card funds, and participating in OH&S activities.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have solid administration experience with a strong customer service focus. You will also have an understanding of accounts payable/receivable and experience in managing monthly billing and debtor collection would be beneficial.

You will have attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise. You will be competent in computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, and comfortable learning and picking up new software packages.

You will have interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work as part of a team or autonomously. You will be able to use your initiative and maintain confidentiality as required.
