About the Role

We are seeking an experienced retail leader who can inspire and motivate our team to achieve outstanding results. As a Stockroom Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for leading a small team of employees, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring that our store delivers a premium experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Coach and develop your team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with the Stockroom Coach to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on brand initiatives

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of retail leadership experience
  • A passion for the Nike brand and a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A natural sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
