Geriatric Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geriatric Medicine Consultant to join our team at Peninsula Health. As a key member of our Rehabilitation, Ageing, Pain and Palliative Care Services team, you will have the opportunity to grow your clinical and leadership skills in a supportive and positive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to patients in our acute and sub-acute wards, as well as our community programs.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to junior medical staff.
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• AHPRA registration.
• Relevant specialist qualifications from the Royal Australian College of Physicians.
• Significant experience in Geriatric Medicine.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills.
• Proven ability to implement change within a complex environment.
