We are seeking a skilled Host to join our team at a renowned restaurant in Melbourne's CBD. This casual opportunity offers an immediate start and the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The restaurant is a modern French-inspired establishment located in the heart of Melbourne, with a four-level venue featuring a showpiece restaurant, a late-night supper club, and an elegant rooftop terrace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Liaise with high-profile clientele and possess impeccable presentation skills
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver outstanding results
  • Maintain excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Requirements
  • Experience as a Host in a premium venue
  • Proficiency in software such as Seven Rooms, Guest Centre, OpenTable, Table Check, or ResPAK
  • Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed guest expectations
  • Adaptable and able to multitask effectively
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
  • A valid RSA certificate
