We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Inner Melbourne Community Mental Health Team as a Research Assistant. This fixed-term 12-month contract is part-time, with 64 hours per week.

  • This role involves coordinating ethics and governance processes, network meetings, and research participant recruitment.
  • Key responsibilities include collecting and recording participant information, ensuring confidentiality, contributing to data collection and analysis, and participating in communication and dissemination of research.
  • You will also provide administration support for the team.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, allied health, public health, psychology, social science, or health science.

  • Demonstrated experience in applying quantitative and qualitative research methodologies is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for effective research collaboration and engagement.
