Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Quality Compliance Lead to join our team at Marsh Pty Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our commitment to compliance and quality nationwide.

About the Role:

  • You will oversee the quality team, facilitating regular quality meetings and communication strategies nationally.
  • Manage the Recovre Quality Management System and ensure compliance during ISO9001 audits.
  • Provide coaching to State Managers regarding the implementation of quality models and processes.
  • Oversee client complaints and compliments, ensuring they are documented and managed within agreed timelines.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national projects and initiatives to drive compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor accreditation and compliance with regulatory expectations across all sites, ensuring actions are taken if requirements are not met.
  • Maintain and monitor the compliance framework to meet legislation, codes, and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.

Your Qualifications:

  • You have qualifications as an appropriate health professional and registration with AHPRA; or qualified as an auditor/compliance professional with experience in consulting in RTW rehabilitation, health, and wellbeing environment.
  • You possess strong knowledge of regulatory risk principles, including ISO31000:2018 and experience implementing risk frameworks.
  • You have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.
