Business Analyst Opportunity

A seasoned business analyst is required to provide strategic support for a high-profile M&A transaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure effective communication among teams
  • Work closely with the development team to understand and deliver project artefacts
Requirements:
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interface with multiple teams
  • Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Background in insurance or financial services preferred
  • Experience in post-merger integration/separation support advantageous
Logistics:

The role will commence immediately and conclude in February 2025, with potential for extension.

Based in Sydney or Auckland, the consultant will work on a multi-stream project team focused on risk and compliance, and legal transition activities.
