Job Title: Head of Nutrition and Technical Services

About the Role:

In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing livestock feed rations that balance animal performance with economic efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic feed formulations to achieve optimal animal performance and cost-effectiveness
  • Establish regular formulation and implementation processes to ensure consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste
  • Analyze ingredient utilization and adjust formulations accordingly
  • Make informed decisions based on data-driven insights to drive business success and client outcomes
  • Continuously improve formulations and processes to stay ahead of industry trends

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years min.) in technical management and feed formulation or related roles within the stockfeed or livestock industry
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret nutritional data and market trends
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with sustainable practices in feed production and environmentally responsible ingredients and methods
