Physiotherapist Role Overview

This is a dynamic Physiotherapist opportunity to enhance the independence, health and wellbeing of older Australians with flexibility, support and a great team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, focusing on reablement and restorative care.
  • Support older people in maintaining or regaining independence, mobility and confidence to remain living at home.
Key Qualifications
  • Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
  • Ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop tailored programs for aged care clients in the community.
  • Postgraduate experience in aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings.
  • Familiarity with reablement and restorative care models.
  • Confidence working independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Alignment with our values and mission.
  • First aid certification and an unrestricted driver's licence.
