Job Title: VP of Corporate Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Corporate Finance to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Regional Head of Corporate Finance – Asia Pacific in building out the Corporate Finance business in Australia.
  • Originate new business opportunities and execute M&A and Equity Private Placement (EPP) transactions in the Energy Transition sector.
  • Hold a key leadership role in the transaction execution process, performing financial modeling, valuation, and pricing analyses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and development to junior team members.
  • Maintain market intelligence and provide feedback to improve capabilities within the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in M&A or Investment Banking.
  • Proven capability in building strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Strong technical knowledge of M&A transactions, modeling, and analytics.
  • Strong ability in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
