Job Overview

The role of a Construction Manager involves overseeing all stages of project delivery, including tender handovers, site establishment, risk management, and construction staging. This position requires strong leadership skills to effectively handle safety, time, cost, and quality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project planning and programming tasks
  • Liaising with clients and coordinating the management of client relationships
  • Monitoring performance of construction crews and subcontractors against estimates
  • Reporting production costs daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Procurement of plant, equipment, and material
  • Ensuring project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System
Key Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as an Engineer on subdivisions and civil infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience with earthworks, roads, pavement, structures, and civil infrastructure
  • Excellent rapport with subcontractors and contract management experience
