We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of engineering, including design, development, testing, and implementation. They will work closely with the technical team to ensure that all projects meet the required specifications, are delivered on schedule, and are within budget.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team of engineers. You will also need to have a strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and technologies, as well as experience in managing complex engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of engineering, including design, development, testing, and implementation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 to 15+ years' experience as a Professional Naval Architect or Engineering Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Experience in managing complex engineering projects.
