About the Role

Caulfield Grammar School is seeking a highly motivated and organized VCE Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our VCE team, you will provide administrative support and assistance to the VCE Coordinator and Teaching staff to ensure the best outcomes for VCE students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality communication and coordination of exam periods, ensuring the VASS Database is accurately maintained.
  • Support the Academic Reporting process on the campus.
  • Be the point of contact for VCAA, exam enquiries, special considerations, and more, while ensuring that all interactions are warm, friendly, and welcoming.
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks as required, including Academic Reporting and Data Entry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with extensive organizational skills.
Requirements
  • Administrative experience including data entry and reporting using Microsoft Suite.
  • Exceptional customer service with great attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting will be highly regarded.
  • Highly motivated with good communication skills.
  • Level 1 First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Management Certification or be prepared to obtain these.
  • Hold or willing to obtain an Employment Working With Children Check.
