Service Delivery Manager Role Overview

This is a vital position that requires passion and dedication. The successful candidate will lead a team to provide top-notch service, building strong relationships with clients and their loved ones.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborate with managers to manage rosters and recruit staff
  • Provide ongoing support, mentoring, and training for staff
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor funded budgets

Key Requirements:

  • A proven track record in disability, health, or community services, including experience leading a team
  • Prior experience in rostering and using record management systems
  • A client-focused approach and excellent communication skills
  • Possession of relevant qualifications and/or experience in Community Services/Case Management
