Care Companion

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes or community settings.

• Client Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
• Support Planning: Work with clients to develop personalized support plans that promote independence and well-being.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support services.

• A current Police Screening Certificate is required for this role.
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is also mandatory.
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Home & Community Care is essential.
• A current First Aid & CPR Certificate is required.
• A current Queensland driver's licence and a reliable roadworthy vehicle with current registration and comprehensive insurance are necessary.
• Proof of immunity against Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox), & Pertussis (Whooping Cough) is required.
