Job Description:

As a Growth Marketer (Contract Role), you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and analyzing performance data to maximize business growth. This is a contract role, perfect for someone who can quickly integrate, execute, and deliver measurable results.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities, optimizing marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
  • Leverage paid, owned, and earned channels to scale customer reach and improve conversions.

Campaign Performance:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel growth campaigns, including paid media, social, email, and SEO.
  • Develop conversion-focused content to engage and retain customers.
  • Track and optimize ad spend, campaign performance, and key growth KPIs.

Customer Acquisition:

  • Improve customer acquisition funnels, from awareness to conversion.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for better engagement and conversion rates.
  • Develop email and marketing automation flows to drive customer loyalty and repeat engagement.

Data-Driven Growth:

  • Analyze campaign data and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging, creative, and user experience.
  • Report on key performance metrics and provide data-backed recommendations.

Project Management:

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Manage projects within the contract period to ensure timely and successful delivery.
