Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Research Associate to conduct high-quality research in the fields of geochemistry, carbonate sedimentology, paleoecology, and paleoclimatology.

  • Undertake project-wide data analysis, synthesis, and curation.
  • Lead the preparation of publications relevant to project objectives.
  • Support teaching activities and contribute to the supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students.

The successful candidate will have expertise in at least one of the following areas:

  • Geochemistry.
  • Carbonate sedimentology.
  • Paleoecology.
  • Paleoclimatology.
  • Geological data science.
Requirements
  • A PhD (or near completion) in a relevant geoscience field.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research and scholarly activities under limited supervision.
  • Expertise in at least one of the listed areas.
  • A strong track record of publications in leading scientific journals.
  • Proficiency in one or more coding languages.
