Culinary Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food and providing exceptional dining service to our residents.

Key aspects of the job include delivering resident meal service, contributing to a positive team environment, and maintaining a safe work space.

• You will assist with meal preparation, provide quality dining service, and support residents as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve a positive and cooperative team dynamic.
• Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to seniors.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) is highly regarded but not mandatory.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Hold NDIS and Police check clearance or be willing to obtain it.
