Seek a seasoned Test Manager to lead the full end-to-end delivery of the Testing/ Quality Assurance domain.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Test Strategies, plans and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage cost, time, quality, risk, scope, and resources.
  • Foster strong client relationships and identify functional and nonfunctional testing requirements.
  • Oversee Test Planning, Test Management, high-level Scheduling and work assignments, Defect Management, User Acceptance Testing & Support, and Review and publish Test metrics.

**Team Overview:**

The Test Service Line provides Testing and related Environment/DevOps services to various clients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Expertise in Integration Testing.
  • Strong Defect Management skills.
  • Proficiency in Test Data Management.
  • Automation Testing skills.
  • Requirement Analysis expertise.
  • Performance Testing knowledge.
  • Environment Management awareness.
  • Test Planning and Execution expertise.
  • Reporting and Metrics Tracking skills.
  • Excellent Soft Skills and Collaboration abilities.

**Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project/Program Test Manager/Leader within the Insurance Industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of project-related delivery in a similar role and understanding of software and systems quality from a technical and business perspective.
  • Test Manager experience in multi-vendor engagements and strong business acumen.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC and Test Development Lifecycle.
  • Sound understanding of Agile delivery, Non-Functional Testing and Systems Performance Testing.
